Our knowledgeable in-house customer care team is just one of the ways we make sure you're happy. That's along with generous returns, free shipping options, tried and true products selection, and real customer reviews.

Customer satisfaction has remained at the forefront of our business for the past twelve years in the UK and more recently in North America. With the launch of Lovehoney Australia, Lovehoney.de and Lovehoney.fr (coming soon!), we have an even more widespread customer base, which means an even greater customer demand from all over the world and at all hours.

We strive to keep up with this demand and find ways to make our customer care even better. Our goal is to provide consistent care for our customers no matter where they live and play.

In November, we opened a second Customer Care office in sunny Brisbane, QLD. Increasing our staffing levels, along with added availability from an Australian time zone made us even faster at responding to customer queries any time of the day or night, or night or day depending on where you're calling from.

We're pleased to announce that starting this week, we've extended our hours to their limits to provide 24/7 customer care! From now on, all day every day, a customer care adisor will be available to answer your phone calls, live chats and emails.
