Orders are dispatched directly from our warehouse in Brisbane in plain brown boxes or envelopes. We do everything we can to make sure your order is delivered on time. Your order will be delivered by Australia Post and can be tracked to your door.

Orders placed before 5.30pm Monday to Friday AEDT (eParcel & Express Post) are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 5.30pm AEDT on Friday are dispatched the following Monday morning.

 

Sometimes, depending on your location and what you are buying, there will not be a choice of delivery option.

 

Parcel Post takes 2-6 working days to 95% of the country. Outlying areas may take longer - click here to check delivery time for your postcode on the Australia Post site.

 

Express Post is currently 1-2 days and only available to metro areas.

When your order has been dispatched, we'll send you an email with the tracking number and a link to the Australia Post website where you can track it.

If you're out when your package is delivered, your mail person will find a safe place to leave your parcel or will take it to the nearest Post Office. They will leave a card explaining how you can collect your parcel.

Orders will be held at your nearest Post Office for 10 working days before being returned to us.

Don't forget to take the delivery notification (collection card, SMS, email) and some photo ID registered to your delivery address when you collect your order in person.

You can track the status of your order via the tracking link we sent you in an email, but if your parcel is more than 5 working days overdue, please contact us.
