Terms & Conditions for Olos Dining Experience by Lovehoney

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("T&Cs") govern your participation in the Olos Dining Experience ("the Event") hosted by Lovehoney on 14 February (Valentine's Day). By booking a table for one for the Event, you agree to comply with and be bound by these T&Cs.

2. Booking Details

The Event is available on 14 February (Valentine's Day) and is free to attend, but requires a $50 refundable deposit to confirm your reservation. The $50 deposit will be refunded after the Event, provided you attend and do not cancel your reservation within 24 hours of the Event. Reservations can be made via the Lovehoney website or directly through the Event booking platform. Only one reservation per individual is allowed. *The table is for a single attendee only, as the Event is designed for individuals to enjoy a solo dining experience.

3. Ticket Availability & Confirmation

Tickets for the Event are free, but a $50 refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. Your reservation will only be confirmed once the deposit has been processed. Lovehoney reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the Event or make changes to the booking schedule if necessary. In the event of a change, we will notify all attendees via email.

4. Age Requirement

You must be 18 years of age or older to attend the Event. By booking a table, you confirm that you meet the age requirement.

5. Code of Conduct

You agree to behave in a respectful and considerate manner during the Event. Any inappropriate behavior, including but not limited to harassment, intoxication, or disruptive actions, may result in removal from the Event without a refund or compensation.

6. Health & Safety

Lovehoney will take all reasonable measures to ensure the health and safety of attendees during the Event, following any relevant government guidelines and protocols. You agree to follow any instructions given by the staff at the Event for your safety.

7. Dietary Preferences & Restrictions

Attendees are invited to inform Lovehoney of any dietary preferences or restrictions at the time of booking. While we will do our best to accommodate special requests, we cannot guarantee all dietary preferences will be met.

8. Photography & Media Consent

By attending the Event, you consent to the possibility of being photographed or filmed for promotional purposes. These images and videos may be used by Lovehoney for marketing, advertising, and social media. If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please notify the staff upon arrival.

9. Cancellations & No-Shows

If you are unable to attend the Event after booking, please cancel your reservation at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund of the $50 deposit. Failure to cancel at least 24 hours before the Event or failure to attend without prior notice may result in the forfeiture of your $50 deposit.

10. Liability

Lovehoney is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to personal property occurring during the Event, except where such injury, loss, or damage is caused by the negligence of Lovehoney or its employees. You attend the Event at your own risk.

11. Data Protection

By booking a table for the Event, you agree to Lovehoney collecting and processing your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Your personal data will be used for the purpose of managing your reservation and sending relevant event details or updates.

12. Changes to the Terms & Conditions

Lovehoney reserves the right to modify or update these T&Cs at any time. Any changes will be posted on the Lovehoney website, and it is your responsibility to review the T&Cs before attending the Event.

13. Governing Law

These T&Cs are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia.
