So I bought this as a sneaky Valentine's gift for my husband. Safe to say it's January and we didn't make it until Feb! This toy's something else! Having tried many cock rings with my partner it's safe to say we have found the one that really gets the heart pumping. With its clever rabbit ear design and its soft silicone feel, this makes for one of the most pleasurable and fun nights. The multiple vibration patterns and intensity control make it easy to change up and suit your every need.

The fact this cock ring is rechargeable is like the icing on top of the cake. Not having to remember to buy batteries makes my life so much easier. I can simply pop it on charge ready to go. Having a controller makes for some fun foreplay often leading to me and my partner fighting over who gets control tonight.

To anyone worried about noise of the vibrations, I can tell you with confidence that this is a very powerful yet quiet toy. This comes in handy, especially living in student accommodation.

Me and my partner can't recommend this enough, just remember to turn off the cock ring by the power button as well as the controller to avoid them running out.

I have to start this by saying this is definitely the most excited I have ever been to receive any tester to review. It's amazingly powerful, has fantastic vibration patterns with control of their intensity, is silky soft silicone, is rechargeable, and I'm confident it's the best ring I've seen on the market.

I had some problems with turning the ring on (I didn't read the instructions well enough), but I eventually figured out that press and hold turns the ring and light on, but not the vibrations. Once it's on, then press again on either the ring or the remote to start the vibrations. Be warned - if you hold down the function button on the remote, or cycle through all of the vibration patterns to the end, it turns the vibration off - It does not, however, turn the ring off (little light still shining!) and instead leaves it to run out of battery. Learn from my mistakes. The disappointment was cruel.

The ring itself is an amazingly silky black silicone, as is the remote. What excited me most though, was the wonderfully thick chubby ears. I've previously bought the Happy Rabbit Ring, having loved the Happy Rabbit vibrators, but the ears and vibrations just weren't the same - it was barely recognisable as part of the family. The Desire Ring, however, is the real deal and put in the right place the ears feel just as amazing as the full rabbit.

Unfortunately, trying to get them into the right place is not the easiest task. The ears don't curve over at the same angle and instead hover over my clit tauntingly. They actually curve away from me by about 30 degrees, the exact opposite of what I love about the full rabbit vibrators! Lots of careful positioning was required. I have fond hopes that if the ring could be put around balls as well, that might tilt it forwards at a better angle, but because the ring's very thick silicone I suspect that it's too small and strong to be suitable for this. With toys, I found it was actually a little large - most of my toys are under 4.5" circumference, and it doesn't grip anything smaller well enough to stay in position.

The vibrations in this thing are amazingly powerful. My boyfriend's reaction was, with his eyes popping, "That's quite an impressive motor!" the first time I handed it to him to hold and ramped it up to full power. It's not on the same level as the full rabbits, but it's the best rechargeable toy I've got aside from them. The patterns, which I'm not usually a big fan of are also great - continuous, pulsed, pulsed faster, pulsed even faster than that, ascending, ascending and descending, ascending and descending faster, and then by far the most interesting one: ascending and descending at a variable speed, interspersed with solid continuous vibration at the maximum.

This last pattern is fantastic because it's very hard to predict, and you're never entirely expecting it. With your partner holding the remote and able to control the level of vibration, this is really fun and exciting. The remote is great, and easy to use by touch in the dark- no peering for buttons or not knowing with way around it is. I really liked that you can't turn the ring off by turning the intensity down too far - the problem I had with my rabbit with the same intensity controls was accidentally turning it off, and then having it jump straight back into the middle intensity when I turned it back on which is far too powerful when you want the lowest. This just stays on the absolute lowest vibration ignoring your attempts to turn it down, which is perfect.
