    If your order didn't arrive when you expected, you can use order tracking to help find out where it is.

    How to track your order

    The tracking code for your order will be shown in your Lovehoney account after we have despatched your order.

    Click here to log in to your Lovehoney account and see your tracking code.

    You can also use the Australia Post website to track your order - your tracking code will be in your order despatch email.

    If your parcel has not arrived 5 days after you had expected it to, please contact us and we will be more than happy to help by contacting Australia Post on your behalf.
