If you want to return goods, you need to do so via Lovehoney in adherence with their terms and conditions, policies, or your consumer law rights. Unless you cancel the contract of sale with Lovehoney, and Clearpay then notified that a return and refund is in progress Clearpay will continue to process any automatic payments in accordance with the dates set out in your payment schedule.
Once the Lovehoney has notified Clearpay of the amount due to you for the goods returned, Clearpay will for full refunds and cancelled orders end your payment schedule and issue a refund of any instalments you have paid to your payment method. For partial refunds Clearpay will issue a refund of any instalments you have paid, will adjust your payment schedule appropriately including to reduce or cancel any future payments.
Customers can pay off some or all their outstanding balance ahead of a scheduled payment.
Clearpay will do everything to help customers avoid this, including sending reminders leading up to the payment due date and an alert after a payment has failed. However, if you miss a payment Clearpay pause your account until you are back on track, however late fees will be charged. If you have not made the payment before the due date, and the automatic payment fails, you have until 11pm the following day to make payment. After 11pm the following day, if that payment has not been made, an initial £6 late fee will apply. A further £6 late fee will apply if a payment is still unpaid 7 days after the due date. Late fees are capped, for each order below £24, a maximum £6 late fee may be applied per order. For each order of £24 or above, the total of the late fees that may be applied are capped at 25% of the order value or £36, whichever is less.
