    Frisky BusinessLovehoney arrived in Australia just over a year ago, right around that same time the staff at Lovehoney HQ were being followed around by a documentary camera crew!

    The result is Frisky Business - a funny and real look at what it's like working at Lovehoney.

    Now you too can take a look behind the scenes at the UK's biggest sex toy retailer starting Friday, August 29 in Australia.

    Frisky Business goes behind the scenes at Lovehoney’s inner workings, showcasing our hard working pickers, packers, buyers, customer care staff, the content team, the returns department and founders as well.

    Recently listed on-demand with Netflix in the USA, the response has been overwhelmingly positive. The show was also a big hit when it first aired in the UK earlier this year - doubling its audience during the six-week run.

    Lovehoney's story began twelve years ago, operating from founder and journalist Richard Longhurst’s bedroom. Soon Richard, along with DJ and record producer Neal Slateford and their respective girlfriends, sisters Joy and Bonny Hall, began to build the company to a world wide business supplying sexual happiness, sex toys and lingerie to discerning customers around the globe.

    Fun Fact: When Lovehoney received their first order, Neal had to go buy an envelope in the local post office and now we send out thousands of parcels every day. Plus, it was 6 days before they got another order!

    These days many of the 20,000 packages shipped from the Lovehoney warehouse are headed to Australia where Lovehoney has a its operations based in Brisbane.

    Lovehoney co-owner Slateford, who has previously remixed tracks for Kylie Minogue, said: ‘We’re delighted that the show is continuing to spark an interest with audiences all over the world, especially in Australia where we have been enjoying great success in the past 12 months.’

    What was it like being followed around at work by a camera crew? Slateford explains: ‘We got used to the camera crews pretty quickly. ‘They were allowed complete access to everything that was going on.’
