    1. More Than A Handful Is A Waste

Reviewed: 28 May 2016 by Couple looking to spice things up, a Straight Married Female

With an hourglass figure must woman crave and dressed to impress in hot pink and gold, it's safe to say the Vive Enoki wand oozes class and sex appeal.

Good looks aside, the Enoki certainly does not follow the usual aesthetics of a 'wand'. I think most would agree it's barely recognisable as such, which left me super intrigued to see whether the 'dare to be different' approach Vive had delivered would be top or flop.

I'm not one to go on about packaging, but I do have to give credit where it's due. Vive have done it well here. The Enoki wand arrived with a sleeve that slides over a flip-top sturdy box. It's well designed, looks the part and is perfectly adequate to store the Enoki back in. It really is packaging at its best. Inside the nice-looking box you will find an Enoki wand, a charging cable, and of course instructions in an array of languages.

On with the testing. If you've paid your electric bill all you need to do is find a socket, connect one end of the charging cable into a suitable adaptor (or USB port) and the opposite pin end pushes into a self-healing silicone insert situated at the base of the toy.

100 minutes later when the red light becomes green, it's charged. It's quite accurate that a full charge will provide approximately 55 minutes of playtime.

I'm not sure if Vive have taken 'more than a handful is a waste' to heart, but at just 5 inches in entire length the Enoki is really just that. A handful. It's lightweight, small size and ergonomic hourglass shape make the Enoki the easiest wand I've ever had the pleasure of holding and manoeuvring.

With 3 speeds and 7 patterns, let's say I was having a good time, but I could hold off trying out the wand's advertised Climax mode. Climax it claims - however, in use it was more of a comedown. The power boost brought buzz, and after a build up of rumble this made me numb and glum. Guess it's true what they say: 'slow and steady wins the race'. Not to worry, though - the simple + and - controls of the Enoki allowed me to get right back to slower pace of a tortoise.

'Hare', fluff and dust are common unwanted added extras with most silicone toys. I am sure I am not the only one who has at least one total 'lint magnet' in their toy box (looking at you Mustang), but the Enoki claims to have anti-dust silicone. Yes, you read that correctly, I said anti-dust silicone. I didn't even know there was such a thing, but I'm glad there is and the Enoki is testament to such.

Another peev with silicone toys is drag. Well, I'm please to say this is top 'O' Grady'. The silicone is beautifully smooth, which means only a little lube is needed to glide it over the back, bum, boobs, Bajingo and, well, everything else in between! And its this versatility that makes the Enoki wand a dream couples toy.

Using the wand as a massager rather than a sex toy, the dimples do add to the 'experience'. However, when it's situated up against my most delicate bits I cannot distinguish between dimples and rumbles, but to be honest I don't care which one is responsible for taking me over the edge.

After a good massage 'comes' the clean up. It's Enoki by name but not by nature. Being 100% waterproof and constructed from body-safe silicone, means there will be no fungi left on this shroom. A spitz with sex toy cleaner and rinse with water is all that is needed. Just pay a little more attention to the dimples. Also, let's not forget, being 100% waterproof turns the Enoki into a new bath (or shower) toy. Aren't rubber ducks so overrated?

The positives don't stop there. One thing that took me aback was the noise of this wand. Wands are generally known as noisy toys, but, similarly to the shape of the Enoki, its noise level doesn't follow the 'norm'. It is very quiet considering it's actually quite powerful.

Overall this is a fabulous little wand. If I was was being extra picky, I'd like to see the control buttons slightly bigger and a larger silicone band in the middle to help prevent the vibrations transferring to my fingers. These are really just little niggles and there's no doubt the positives outweigh the negatives with the Enoki. It's rechargeable, waterproof, travel-size-friendly, quiet, good quality, looks amazing and is reasonably priced! You really can't ask for more than that now can you?

    2. Overall Rating:

      Bottom line

    1. My little pink mushroom

Reviewed: 25 June 2016 by Fun Louise, a Straight Engaged Female

I had been attracted the Vive Enoki when it first appeared on the site, but when I found it was being discontinued I had to buy it. I had hoped that it would apear in a different colour, but sadly not.

The Vive Enoki is presented in a hard pink box with a pictured sleeve over the top. The pink box would be discreet enough to leave out, without drawing any attention. Well as little attention as a pink box can. The pink mushroom (as I have taken to calling it) need a charge before play, so I popped the charging pin in the base, plugged in the charger and set about the housework. Some time later (housework done), I decided to give it a test.

The little green light indicated that the pink mushroom was charged and ready to play, so I removed the charger, and gave it a test drive. The silicone claimed to be dust resistant, and although there were a few specs of dust it certainly was not the dusk magnet that some toys have proved to be. Having only three buttons, the pink mushroom is easy to use. The three speeds were good, although I would have liked a bit more power. The patterns varied and built in intensity, so there was almost a natural progression through the settings getting me closer to climax.

I was quite surprised that I really enjoyed the orgasm "boost" button taking the toy to its max intensity and vibration pattern. The vibrations did not travel down the toy to my hand, which is a real problem for me with some toys. The mushroom head is large and sits comfortably, providing stimulation to my entire clitorous. This said it did take me a while to orgasm with this toy. I found I wanted more power. I yearned for another more intense setting, but sadly there is not one.

As a massager it is okay, but again more power or deeper rumbly vibrations might have worked better. It was not powerful enough to make much difference to my OH's legs. The softer vibrations did work well on my

OH, when held against the underside of his testacles, he really seemed to like how this felt, and it enhanced his pleasure during oral sex.

In summary, I didn't like the colour, and it lacks power, but it feels good and stimulates the whole clitoral area. Good toy for OH, but in general a little disappointing. It would be a good toy if you like moderate vibrations and clitoral stimulation. Not so good if you're a power queen.

    2. Overall Rating:
      7 out of 10 stars
      Pros
Shape stimulates the whole clitoral area. Vibrations didn't travel to my hand.
      Cons
Lacks power, don't like pink colour.
      Bottom line
Lacking power and a little dissapointing.

    1. Has it charged yet

Reviewed: 5 May 2016 by Dunny&Smithy, a Bisexual Going Steady Female

When this massage wand vibrator arrived it looked ever so expensive (more than its price tag), but it soon changed once I had it in my hand.

I found little finishing faults, such as the 'Vive' being surrounded by off-cuttings of the silicone, and the silicone finishing in the middle of the curve also suffered with the same poor finishing.

It doesn't take that long to give the vibrator a first initial charge, and I've found it holds the charge very well and that actually you could use it for a good hour before another charging is needed.

    2. Overall Rating:
      5 out of 10 stars
      Pros
The time to charge and length of play time is a definite positive.
      Cons
      The finishing touches.
      Bottom line
      The jury is still out.
